PREASSEMBLY AND TESTING
At our state-of-the-art plant located in Monterrey, Mexico, Nutec Bickley preassembles its high and low temperature furnaces, either completely (intermittent or batch), or in modules or sections (tunnel furnaces/kilns).
Project overview: Project development took place between 2017-2018. It involved fabrication of 25 modular sections of a continuous galvanizing line. Also, radiant tubes for the preheating and heating sections. The project scope included all steel works, supply and installation of the insulation material, including the internal components and mechanical assembly of the radiant tubes, as well as all the casing accessories.
Project overview: Project development took place between 2009-2010. It involved the fabrication of 36 modular sections of a galvanizing furnace line. The project scope included steel work, supply and installation of insulation material and mechanical assembly of radiant tubes. Also, all combustion system ducting related to the air, gas and protective atmosphere system, as well as prewired sections of the furnace, were also included in the project.
Project overview:
This was a contract for the complete fabrication of an on-site installation of two heat treatment furnaces, a line for aluminum wheels, to be installed in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. These new lines complete four lines for this customer for whom Nutec Bickley’s Fabrication & Installation Services Division has become a long-term partner for more than six years – fabricating and installing its capital equipment projects. Each treatment line includes a solution heat-treat furnace, water quench system, aging furnace.
