Our Regenerative burner retrofits allow the capability to increase fuel efficiency and emissions improvements to existing furnaces.

Nutec Bickley provides high technology heat recovery systems with the use of Regenerative burners for aluminum melting furnaces, Forge Furnaces and other applications.

Regenerative Burners recover waste heat from furnace exhaust gases and preheat combustion air to significantly increase efficiency over conventional burners or recuperative burners.

The Regenerative system allows greater use of the furnace exhaust gases to improve the efficiency of existing equipment and also allows the exhaust system to be smaller than a conventional furnace.

Our Regenerative Burners provide 40-70% fuel savings over many existing systems.
